The Pack Training Club delivers a comprehensive approach to high-intensity training by blending multiple training methodologies into one refined, results-driven program. Not to be confused with CrossFit, our training philosophy emphasizes variety, intentional programming, and adaptability. Each day presents a new focus, ensuring members experience well-rounded development while avoiding plateaus and burnout.
We specialize in semi-private and one-on-one training, allowing for individualized coaching within a focused, high-performance environment. Our coaching approach prioritizes proper movement, progressive overload, and long-term athletic development, making our programs suitable for all experience levels. In addition to individual training, The Pack offers sports performance training for teams, designed to enhance strength, speed, power, and overall on-field performance.
To further elevate the training experience, we now offer a professional-grade golf simulator, providing athletes and golfers with advanced performance analysis, skill refinement, and year-round practice opportunities. Whether used independently or integrated into performance training, the simulator allows for measurable improvement through data-driven feedback.
